    Individual Therapy

I offer one-on-one therapy for adults navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence, and challenging family or relationship dynamics.

During our sessions we’ll collaborate to develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, drawing on approaches such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Conscious-Living-Based Work. Our work may include exploring past trauma, regulating your nervous system, strengthening self-trust, and building practical tools to support emotional resilience in your daily life.

Intake sessions are 90 minutes, allowing us to thoroughly assess your goals, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin creating a roadmap for healing.

Regular therapy sessions are 50–55 minutes, providing focused time to process emotions, practice new strategies, and deepen self-awareness in a supportive, collaborative environment.

During family sessions, we will agree on which issues are a priority to work on, and I’ll guide you in a supportive process to address your concerns.

Family sessions are 50-55 minutes, unless we agree on additonal time in advance.

What we’ll be getting up to in therapy

My priority in our work together is to support you in creating a safe space within yourself where you can reconnect with your own sense of Self, strength, and inner wisdom. I will teach you simple ways to move beyond your head and into your heart and nervous system, where you can uncover solutions that truly support your healing.

My approach is rooted in compassion. I support my clients in taking full responsibility for their lives while exploring new perspectives with openness and curiosity. You’ll learn to practice speaking your truth, honoring your feelings, and learning what it means to live authentically.

For example, you might notice you have feelings of anger, sadness, or anxiety arising in response to a difficult relationship or past trauma. Rather than pushing your feelings aside, we’ll explore them fully—learning how to recognize where these feelings live in your body, how to express them safely, and how to release the energy so it no longer keeps you stuck.

You’ll also be invited to express your creativity and brilliance in ways that feel natural to you, whether through journaling, movement, art, or simply exploring the strengths and skills you already have. At the same time, we’ll honor the importance of play, rest, and rejuvenation—like carving out moments of laughter, spontaneity, or mindful downtime to restore your energy and balance.

In addition, we will examine the stories you tell yourself—those narratives that shape how you see your past, present, and future—and explore where new interpretations might serve you better.

For instance, you may notice patterns of self-doubt, perfectionism, or the feeling that you’re “not enough,” and we work together to reframe them in ways that build confidence, agency, and self-approval. Along the way, you’ll practice seeing people and circumstances as allies, creating win-for-all solutions in your relationships, and stepping into the role of being the resolution in situations that feel stuck or challenging.

The foundation of the work we’ll do honors your mind-body connection. You’ll learn to feel your feelings, not just think them, and to move that energy so you can be more regulated and less reactive. You’ll also gain practical tools to support your nervous system in real time, while we address the root of your challenges, not just the symptoms.

As I host your process of healing, I offer a warm, friendly, and casual style, and although some of the work we’ll do may be intense, I always make space for lightness and playfulness.

I see the client-therapist relationship as highly collaborative, and I value your feedback as essential in our work together. You are the expert on yourself—even if it doesn’t feel that way yet.

I am here as your supporter, guide, and teacher—not to fix you. The rest of our work will be guided by what you need most and what is most helpful for your system.

As we co-create a trusting connection, you’ll have the foundation to begin or continue your healing journey and achieve the goals you’ve prioritized for therapy. If you’re ready, let’s get started.

Providing You with a Safe Space to get In-Person Support.

If you’re able to come to therapy in-person (which I highly recommend), your appointments will take place in my private and comforting therapy space.

Whether we’re meeting together one-on-one or doing a family session, there’s plenty of cozy space for everyone.
